Tech Entrepreneur

Marios Stavropoulos is a Greek tech entrepreneur who founded Softomotive in 2005 and led it for 15 years, turning it into an enterprise-grade RPA platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. As Chief Executive Officer he guided the company through multiple product generations, international expansion and venture funding, culminating in Microsoft’s 2020 acquisition. Stavropoulos then joined Microsoft as Partner & General Manager, where he oversaw the integration of Softomotive products into the Power Automate portfolio and helped shape the low-code automation roadmap.

In 2024 he returned to start-up life with Ademú, an Athens-based AI company developing agent-driven tools that foster human communication and understanding. As Founder and CEO he sets product direction, recruits talent and works closely with customers and investors while remaining active in Greece’s tech ecosystem as a mentor and angel investor. Combining hands-on engineering roots with two decades of scaling software businesses, Stavropoulos is comfortable operating from early prototype to global rollout and is motivated by building products that put advanced automation technology into everyday work.
