Bill Karnazes is a member of VIOHALCO Executive Committee and the Chief Services Officer & General Manager of Corporate Services. He oversees International Business Operations, Marketing, Communications, European Affairs, ESG, Energy Management, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Operational Excellence, Information and Security Technology, and HR. He is also the President of TEKA Systems, a leading IT services and SAP consulting company in Southeast Europe. 

Previously, Bill was Vice President of Global Business Operations at Qualcomm, managing activities within the semiconductor business unit. He has held several executive roles during his 24-year tenure at Qualcomm.
